It’s been 2 years since we have retired from Dairy farming, and since then Murray has been busy perfecting the way we grow beef, and finally we are ready to proclaim this is the best tasting beef East of Alberta. Through much research, we have come to the conclusion that fresh meat from the grocery store is not always as it seems. We have vacuum packed every steak and roast to maintain its natural flavour and juices. Then it has been frozen to preserve its freshness. Now you may be saying to yourself, “frozen isn’t fresh” but we believe it is better than the unspeakable things they do at some meat counters. We have a variety of premium steak and roast cuts, as well as extra lean ground beef and thick seasoned hamburger patties (in 6 and 30 packs), all just waiting for you and your family to enjoy this coming BBQ season.

News from the Field

After a long hard season of sugar making, we are back in the fields planting. So far the weather is looking swell. As long as the ground doesn't dry up like last year we are looking at a good crop season.
