Our 2012 Maple season is quickly approaching! Mark your calendars for January 7th, 2012. Our Pancake House will open for breakfast on weekends until April 15th, 2012.
Our Sugar Bush Adventure will run from February 11th, 2012 until April 1st, 2012.

Did you know...
We are the largest Maple Syrup producer in the Niagara Region with 5000+ taps. We start preparing our pipeline collection system (over 50 kilometres of pipleline in total) in mid January. Tapping starts in February and takes approximately 1 week. We also operate a Sugar Bush Adventure complete with re-enactors telling the story from sap to syrup.
