Strawberry Festival

Volunteer Firefighters from Pelham Station #3 are preparing for their 7th Annual Strawberry Festival on Saturday June 20, 2009 from 5pm-9pm. Join us for a fun family evening that will include carnival style games, bouncy castle for the children, pony rides, face painting, petting zoo, penny auction, 50/50 draw, beef on a bun, hot dogs, French fries and let’s not forget strawberry shortcake, ice cream and chocolate dipped strawberries from Sweet Thoughts.

Bry-Anne Farms supplies the strawberries, WMF has graciously donated the use of the property and countless others have donated prizes and their time towards this worthy fundraiser for the Short Hills Fire Station.

Come out and have a berry special time!

To market, to market...

White Meadows Farms is travelling this summer and will be attending three local markets. Visit us at Pelham Farmer’s Market on Thursday’s from 4:30pm to dusk, Brock University Community Farmer’s Market on Friday’s from 11am – 2pm and The Farmer’s Market at The Village (NOTL) on Saturday’s 8am – 1pm.

We now have 12 piglets at White Meadows Farms! This fall we invite you to attend our Pig information session and auction. Here you will learn all about pigs and will have the opportunity to bid on a pig. Stay tuned for more details!

2010 marks our Pancake Houses’ 10 Anniversary and the 20th Anniversary of making syrup and we need your help! Dig out those old family photos and submit to us anything that was taken here on the farm or on the Sugar Bush Adventure. The top 8 pictures will be displayed in our Pancake House and the winners will receive season passes for our Sugar Bush Adventure.
